Frequently asked questions
We process orders in 1 to 4 business days and transit takes another 4 to 6, so most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Orders placed before 11:00 PM EST go into the next processing run.
Free on orders of $50 or more. Below $50 it is a flat $5.95. We ship within the United States and cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Yes, you have 30 days from the day it arrives. Items need to be unworn and in their original packaging with any tags still on. For hygiene reasons pierced earrings can only be returned if they arrive faulty. Email info@hersimple.com to start a return before sending anything back.
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us, and you can look it up any time on our Track Your Order page.
Most of our jewelry is stainless steel with a gold-tone or silver-tone finish. The exact materials are listed further up this page.
We accept the major credit and debit cards. Everything available to you is shown at checkout before you confirm.
