We process orders in 1 to 4 business days and transit takes another 4 to 6, so most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Orders placed before 11:00 PM EST go into the next processing run.
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. We currently ship within the United States and cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Yes, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives. Items need to be unworn and in their original packaging with any tags still on. Email info@hersimple.com to start a return before sending anything back.
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. You can also look it up any time on our Track Your Order page.
