Where do you ship? We ship across the United States, with free shipping on every order.

How long will my order take? Processing takes 1-2 business days and transit 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive within 4-9 business days.

How much is shipping? Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum.

What is your jewelry made of? Our pieces are fashion jewelry with gold-tone and silver-tone finishes, plus crystal, cubic zirconia and pearl-effect detailing. We describe every piece honestly and never claim solid gold or genuine gemstones.

Will it tarnish? With everyday care our finishes hold up well. Keep pieces dry, avoid perfume and lotion directly on them, and store them in a pouch.

What is your return policy? You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return, provided the item is unworn, with any original tags, and in its original packaging. Email info@hersimple.com to start. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

How do I track my order? You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept? American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, all processed securely in USD.

Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. After that they enter fulfillment and cannot be changed.
