Wool and cashmere last longest when they are cleaned as little as possible: air them out, spot clean what you can and only take them for a full clean when they need it. Knitwear keeps its shape better folded than hung. Suede does not like rain, and a soft brush handles most marks.

Yes, you have 30 days from the day it arrives. Items need to be unworn and in their original packaging with any tags still on. Email info@hersimple.com to start a return before sending anything back.

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us, and you can look it up any time on our Track Your Order page.
