We process orders in 1 to 4 business days and transit takes another 4 to 6, so most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Orders placed before 11:00 PM EST go into the next processing run.

How much is shipping?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. We ship within the United States and cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Wool and cashmere last longest when they are cleaned as little as possible: air them out, spot clean what you can and only take them for a full clean when they need it. Knitwear keeps its shape better folded than hung. Suede does not like rain, and a soft brush handles most marks.
