Built for the layered stretch of autumn and winter, this varsity jacket carries real warmth in a soft cashmere blend. The silhouette is structured through the shoulders and clean through the body, so it sits comfortably over a shirt or a light knit. Ribbed cuffs, hem and collar draw the shape in and hold it there without stiffening the jacket, and the dense knit keeps the cold out on the way to work. A front zip lets you open up indoors, which makes it straightforward for morning commutes, weekend plans and easy evenings.

The fabric is listed on every product page under the description. Most of the range is wool, cashmere, cotton, corduroy or suede, so check there before you wash anything.

Wool and cashmere last longest when they are cleaned as little as possible: air them out, spot clean what you can and only take them for a full clean when they need it. Knitwear keeps its shape better folded than hung. Suede does not like rain, and a soft brush handles most marks.
